Two to Ten.

The CU Housing Roundtable was created by BECU, Callahan and Associates and Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc.  It’s a forum for top strategists in credit union housing finance.  Our mission is to compile your insights, and channel them into resources that sharpen your competitive edge.

Our ultimate goal is to move the credit unions from “Two to Ten” – or increasing our share of the overall mortgage market from 2% to 10% by 2016 (click here for the backstory).  The CUHRT can help achieve this goal by:

• Developing a national template to promote member wealth building that emphasizes credit union affordable housing initiatives.
• Making housing accessible to members through initiatives that expand attainable housing options through their credit union and credit union organizations.
• Facilitating the collection and exchange of housing, housing finance and other related best practices, reference materials and resources such that more members become homeowners more affordably.
• Collecting and disseminating information.
